1. Order Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement (excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, a tracking notification is sent directly to your contact number.
- Inside Dhaka / Metro: 2 to 3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka / Nationwide: 3 to 5 business days via reputable express couriers.
2. 7-Day Size Exchange Guarantee
We want your oversized fit to drape perfectly. If your shirt is too small or too large, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition with all hangtags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability in the requested size.
- Customer is responsible for standard courier return delivery fees unless the exchange is due to a defect or packing error on our side.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a quick photo of the issue. We will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero additional cost to you.
4. How to Request an Exchange
Contact our team via WhatsApp or Instagram with your Order ID and preferred size. Our representatives will guide you through the doorstep exchange process.
